In 2027, Southborough will commemorate 300 years since its official incorporation on July 6, 1727—a truly historic milestone for our community. This once-in-a-generation celebration will be a year-long tribute to our rich history, vibrant present, and promising future.
The Southborough Tricentennial will be the most ambitious and unifying celebration our town has ever undertaken. With the support of sponsors, community partners, donors, and volunteers, we look forward to creating a year of shared experiences that residents will enjoy — and remember — for decades to come.

The Southborough Tricentennial Committee began planning more than a year ago, launching a townwide survey to gather ideas from residents. The committee meets monthly to organize events designed to bring people together in meaningful and memorable ways.
Our mission is simple: to celebrate Southborough’s 300-year story in a way that is welcoming, meaningful, accessible, and full of community spirit.
